This is awesome!!! The more social networking sites like Google+ and the new myspace popping up, the better for my new gig, awesomize.me  Social media is here to stay for good. Given vast variety of the existing channels to choose and stick with, it’s time for such a hot space to enter into a new category.

Here is my 2cents on this whole internet -> search Engine -> Social media things and my rational on why there is a need for a portal to provide a quick and intelligent decision for both the consumer and the companies about their online connections. A Platform to Help us to Distinguish Our Quality vs. Quantity Friends, Fans, Followers, and Companies:

- Early 90s: WWW was born…
- By mid 90′s: millions of sites popped up on the Web…
- Mid – late 90s: Yahoo & Google were born to help us to find the right information of the right pages on the Web…
- Early 2000: Social media was born…
- Late 2000: Millions of pages created by people, companies, and organizations on all these social media channels.
- 2011: Deja vu all over again… we are back to early 90’s…

That is why I built awesomize.me to accomplish such a mission - the portal to all your existing social media channels.

Google+ has some useful features, I'm just not sure it will really take off. The majority of people are happy with Facebook and Twitter and are comfortable with the services that they provide. Even if people check out Google+, I don't think that they will ditch Facebook or Twitter.

Pay Per Click

Yeah, I've actually been fairly impressed with Google+ but I don't really see a mass exodus from Facebook to it. I think the biggest feature that comes with Google+ is the +1 feature for web pages. It allows people to give a vote for any pages they like and pages with lots of +1's will be deemed more important by the search engine, allowing the user to determine the relevance of the internet, and not a bunch of SEO'ers sitting at computers.

Yes, majority of the people are comfortable with updating their Facebook and Twitter for everyone, and everything they need is there. The leisure that they enjoyed in the minutes that they stayed connected with people made them stick to it. As for Google's good side, most people prefer to use it. People have even coined the term "Google it" whenever there is something to research. Some would also say,"Google is your friend." It is like the new encyclopedia of the new generation. And it's also good to know that it is becoming social friendly.
